  • The entire process generally takes around one to four weeks depending on availability of candidates who match your needs. This includes carefully reviewing potential candidates before conducting face-to-face interviews. After selecting the top candidate, a trail period is often arranged, to ensure the fit is right for both parties. Once the trail is successful, the employer can extend a formal offer, along with any necessary agreement and documentation. We'll guide you through each step to make the process smoother and stress-free.
